What? Oh, I’m Listening to Indie Rock…

I just got my Sirius Satellite Radio player and it is awesome.  I was originally waiting until I got my stimulus package to buy it, but after a week worth of the most tedious task at work (mounting 30 micron brain slices onto slides) I decided I couldn’t wait.  I went with Sirius instead of XM because it has more stations that I want including TWO 90’s alternative rock stations, bluegrass and traditional country, and prog rock.  Also it has a sweet “Heart” feature where you can record and store tracks you like or up to six hours of a channel which is nice when I go into areas without satellite reception.  I also got some sweet ass Grado headphones which are somewhat huge so that I’ll look like a hip audiophile.
